This legislation would alter the CHAMPS application process to only allow a person to click 10 housing authorities on their application. I have received many calls from constituents who are on waiting lists who have been placed in towns far from our district. The intent here is to ensure that people on a waiting list are not being forced to move far from their hometowns.
