An Act relative to 40B condominium units
By Mr. Fattman, a petition (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 985) of Ryan C. Fattman for legislation to develop an expense reimbursement program relative to 40B condominium units. Housing.
This bill would require that any 40B condominium unit owner be responsible for paying in full any common expenses within a condo association as stated in its master deed. EOHLC would be directed to create a program to provide common expense reimbursements to 40B unit purchasers.
