NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING (IN-PERSON TESTIMONY BY INVITATION ONLY) on the Holyoke Soldiers’ Home COVID-19 Outbreak with a focus on communications and leadership of the Holyoke Soldiers’ Home

The Special Committee will be holding a public hearing pertaining to chain of command, communications, and leadership of the Holyoke Soldiers’ Home, with live testimony (provided virtually) by invitation only.

The hearing will examine the chain of command, communications, and leadership of the Holyoke Soldiers’ Home. The committee seeks to understand the communication break down and the ensuing confusion during the tragedy in March of 2020. Examining the Holyoke Soldiers’ Home through this lens will aid the Special Committee in forming its legislative recommendations.
