The Joint Committee on Ways and Means and the House Committee on Federal Stimulus and Census Oversight will hold the first of several joint public hearings on the American Rescue Plan Act Funding on Tuesday, July 20, 2021, at 11:00 AM. The hearing will be live streamed to the public via www.malegislature.gov

Oral testimony will be solicited by invitation only. The Committees will hear testimony from Governor Baker on his proposed ARPA spending bill; as well as from outside experts regarding national ARPA trends, best practices, and recommendations on spending.

The Committees will be accepting written testimony, which may be submitted to Blake.Webber@mahouse.gov and Jeremy.Spittle@masenate.gov.
