Decriminalization and Safe Consumption Sites

The Joint Committee on Mental Health, Substance Use and Recovery will conduct a virtual public hearing on Monday, September 27, 2021 from 9:00am to 5:00pm on matters relating to the following topic: Decriminalization and Safe Consumption Sites.

Persons who wish to testify, submit written testimony, or both may sign up and/or submit written testimony by completing this form:
