Pursuant to its authority under Section 12 of Chapter 25A of the General Laws, the Joint Committee on Telecommunications, Utilities, and Energy will be holding a virtual public hearing on Friday, July 30, 2021 at 10:00 A.M. on proposed amendments by the Department of Energy Resources to the Class I and Class II RPS regulations (H.3923).

Oral testimony will be by invitation only only. Written testimony can be submitted to magdalena.garncarz@mahouse.gov and samuel.anderson@masenate.gov.
