The public is invited to participate in this virtual hearing, which will be livestreamed on the Legislature's website. To register to testify, please provide contact information on the following form by 5:00 p.m. on August 19, 2021: https://forms.gle/qujupLFGAKA81jNW7. Once registered, further instruction will be provided on how to participate.

Testimony will be limited to five minutes per individual and must be related to the Commission’s charge set forth in Section 116 of Chapter 253 of the Acts of 2020; namely, to study the impact of the qualified immunity doctrine to the administration of justice in the Commonwealth.

The Chairs reserve the right to call public officials out of turn. Additionally, the schedule, agenda, and format of the meeting are subject to change at the discretion of the Chairs.
