Joint Committee on Health Care Financing & Health Policy Commission Joint Public Hearing on a Potential Modification of the 2023 Health Care Cost Growth Benchmark

Please be advised that, pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 6D § 9, the Joint Committee on Health Care Financing and the Health Policy Commission will meet jointly in a public oversight hearing to consider a potential adjustment of the health care cost growth benchmark for the average growth in total health care expenditures for calendar year 2023. The hearing will be held remotely and can be viewed by the public via the HPC’s YouTube channel here: https://tinyurl.com/hpc-video.

The Health Policy Commission is the coordinating entity for this hearing. Please contact the Health Policy Commission at (617) 979-1400 with any questions. Parties wishing to provide testimony during the hearing may sign up to do so by emailing hpc-testimony@mass.gov. All submissions must include the sender’s full name and address.

Parties who are unable to submit electronic comments should mail submissions to the Health Policy Commission, 50 Milk Street, 8th Floor, Boston, MA 02109. All testimony and comments must be received by 5:00 PM on Friday, March 18, 2022.
