Event Description

The Special Commission on Auto Body Labor Rates, established pursuant to Section 130 of Chapter 24 of the Acts of 2021, will be holding its second public meeting on Tuesday, March 22nd at 11:00am. This meeting will be held virtually and streamed via the Massachusetts Legislature’s website.

The public is invited to participate in this virtual hearing. Advanced registration to present oral testimony is required. Those wishing to register must complete this form. Individuals who have registered to testify will receive further instructions on how to participate. The deadline to register is Friday, March 18th at 5:00pm.

Written testimony may be submitted to the Commission via email to danielle.littmann@mahouse.gov.

The Chairs will limit testimony to 3 minutes per speaker. Please be advised that the schedule and agenda are subject to change at the discretion of the Chairs.
