Event Description: The Senate Committee on Bonding, Capital Expenditures and State Assets will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 2, 2012 at 10:00am in Room 222 of the State House to consider and hear testimony regarding: H.4119, An Act relative to infrastructure investment, enhanced competitiveness and economic growth in the Commonwealth. (Wagner), S.2172, An Act relative to the conveyance of land in the town of Sutton. (R. Moore), S.2233, An act authorizing the city of Lowell to acquire easements over certain parcels of land. (Donoghue), S.2064, An Act authorizing the commissioner of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance to convey a parcel of land in the city of New Bedford. (Montigny), S.1686, An Act providing funding for clean energy and energy efficiency measures for public schools. (Pacheco), S.1606, An Act authorizing the transfer of a parcel of land in the city of Taunton. (Pacheco).
