Preservation of Pet Cemeteries

This written testimony-only hearing will include one bill that was recently assigned to the Joint Committee on Agriculture. The bill, H4206 An Act Relative to the Preservation of Existing Pet Cemeteries, would preserve existing pet cemeteries in the Commonwealth by preventing the construction and development of any property that is used or intended to be used for the permanent burial or disposition of the remains of a pet.
