This hearing will be in a hybrid format with the Chairs physically presiding in the hearing room. The public is invited to participate in this hearing either in person or virtually. Written electronic testimony may also be submitted via email to municipalitiescommittee@gmail.com. Please include the bill number and “Testimony” in the subject line of the email and address your comments to House Chair Rep. Carole Fiola and Senate Chair Sen. Jacob Oliveira. The Committee will accept written testimony through Tuesday, March 5, 2024 at 5:00 PM.

Advance registration to present oral testimony is required. To register, please fill out your contact information using this form not later than 3:00 PM Monday, February 26, 2024. If you wish to testify on a panel, please indicate that on the Google form. Once registered, you will receive an email with instructions for joining the hearing. Please note that oral testimony will be limited to 3 minutes per person.
