Event Description: The Committee on Financial Services will conduct a hybrid public hearing in Room A-2 and virtually on Monday, March 25th, 2024, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. The subject matter is wages relative to earned wage access (EWA).

The public is invited to participate in this hearing. Advanced registration to present oral testimony both in-person and remotely is required. Those wishing to participate should fill out this form.



The deadline to register is Friday, March, 22 at 3 PM. Individuals registered for remote testimony will receive an e-mail the day after pre-registration closes with a link to join the hearing on Microsoft Teams.

The Committee encourages written submission within 30 days of the hearing date.



The Chairs will limit testimony to 3 minutes per speaker. Please be advised that the schedule and agenda are subject to change at the discretion of the Chairs per committee rules.
