Joint Committee on Cannabis Policy Hearing -- Cannabis Control Commission Structure - Hearing 2

The Joint Committee on Cannabis Policy will hold a second informational hearing to aid in the Committee’s reconsideration of the Cannabis Control Commission’s enabling statute. As set out in the memo released on July 30, 2024, of chief concern are the matters of (1) responsibility for agency operations and (2) proper channels of accountability within the agency structure.

The Committee will be inviting experts on the topics of administrative law and cannabis policy to provide testimony. Questions from committee members will follow each presentation. Please be advised that the schedule and agenda are subject to change at the discretion of the Chairs.
