Commission on the Status of Persons with Disabilities - Commission Meeting

This is a meeting of the permanent Commission on the Status of Persons with Disabilities. Established in Chapter 3 Section 74 of the Massachusetts General Laws by the 2020 law enforcement reform legislation, the Commission has a charge to advance the cause of all persons with disabilities in the Commonwealth.

1. Welcome, Roll Call, Approval of 12.11.24 Meeting Minutes

2. Civil Rights in Healthcare, a presentation by Commissioner Ann Lynch, Assistant Attorney General, Disability Rights Coordinator, Civil Rights Division, Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office

3. Education and Information on Developments at the Federal level concerning People with Disabilities, a presentation by Commissioner Craig Hall, Executive Director, Massachusetts Developmental Disabilities Council
