For in-person testimony, a sign-in sheet will be made available outside the hearing room (State House Room A-1.) For virtual testimony, you may sign up with the following form: Virtual Testimony Form. The deadline for signing up for virtual testimony is one hour before the start of the hearing (12 PM.)

Written testimony may be submitted by email to: Siobhan.Morrissey@mahouse.gov. Please be advised that written testimony may be made publicly available on the Massachusetts Legislature's website.
