Event Description

Massachusetts Commission on LGBTQ Aging – Listening Session

The Massachusetts Commission on LGBTQ Aging invites a diverse group of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning and other identified (LGBTQ+) older adults, family, friends and allies to join us in dialogue about what is and isn’t working well for LGBTQ+ older adults and caregivers across the Commonwealth. The Commission focuses on a number of key areas including: health, housing, and social connections for LGBTQ+ older adults and their caregivers, and making recommendations to improve access to benefits and services where appropriate and necessary. Listening sessions enable real people to tell real stories to the Commission members and impact the Commission’s work.
