H.4144: An Act relative to energy affordability, independence and innovation

The Joint Committee on Telecommunications, Utilities and Energy will be hosting a hybrid public hearing on H.4144, An Act relative to energy affordability, independence and innovation on Wednesday, June 25, 2025 at 1:00PM in Hearing Room A-2.

Individuals who wish to provide oral testimony both in-person or virtually may pre-register to do so by filling out this form by 3PM on Tuesday, June 24, 2025. Once registered, you will receive a Microsoft Teams invitation to join the hearing virtually one day prior if providing oral testimony virtually. Please note there is a time limit of 3 minutes per person for both in-person and virtual testimony.

Written testimony can be submitted via email to House TUE Committee staff at HC194onTelecommunicationsUtilitiesandEnergy@mahouse.gov and to Senate TUE staff Benjamin Minerva at Ben.Minerva@masenate.gov. The deadline to submit written testimony is Wednesday July 2, 2025 at 5PM. When submitting written testimony, please send it as an attachment (PDF preferred) and use the following document title format:
