Please be advised that in lieu of a public hearing, the Joint Committee on Municipalities and Regional Government will be soliciting WRITTEN TESTIMONY ONLY for the bills listed below. The Committee will accept testimony from 10:00 AM on Monday, November 17 until 5:00 PM Friday, November 21, 2025.

Testimony should be addressed to House Chair Rep. Jack Patrick Lewis and Senate Chair Sen. Becca Rausch, and may be submitted via email to muni.committee@malegislature.gov or by sending correspondence to:
