Please be advised that in lieu of a public hearing, the Joint Committee on Municipalities and Regional Government will be soliciting WRITTEN TESTIMONY ONLY for the bills listed below. The Committee will accept testimony from 3:00 PM on Thursday, December 11 until 4:00 PM Thursday, December 18, 2025.

Testimony should be addressed to House Chair Rep. Jack Patrick Lewis and Senate Chair Sen. Becca Rausch, and may be submitted via email to muni.committee@malegislature.gov or by sending correspondence to:

The committee may limit availability or redact testimony that includes sensitive personal information, information about minors, or information that may jeopardize the health, wellness, or safety of the testifier or others.

Please note that all matters on the agenda that were filed in the House will be subject to the reporting requirements in House Rule 27.
