The public is invited to participate in the Joint Committee on Health Care Financing hearing on Thursday, January 15, 2026 at 11:00 A.M.The hearing will be streamed live on the General Court website, https://malegislature.gov/.

*REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR IN-PERSON OR REMOTE TESTIMONY*

PRE-REGISTRATION DEADLINE AND REGISTRATION FORM: For both in-person and remote testimony, please complete this registration FORM by 5:00 P.M. on Monday, January 12, 2026. Upon completion of the form, individuals testifying in person or remotely will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt from the committee. Individuals registered to testify remotely will receive an additional email prior to the start of the hearing with a link to join the hearing on Microsoft Teams. If any registration questions arise after the deadline, please email Bridgette.Maynard@mahouse.gov.

SAME-DAY SIGN-UP FOR IN-PERSON TESTIMONY: Individuals who miss the deadline to pre-register to testify may appear on the day of the hearing and sign up to testify in-person on forms provided by committee staff outside of the hearing room. When all pre-registered individuals have been called to testify, the presiding Chair will call individuals who sign up on the day of the hearing. Individuals who wish to testify remotely will not have the option of same-day registration and can only sign up via the pre-registration form.

ORAL TESTIMONY – TIME LIMIT: Oral testimony is limited to three (3) minutes per speaker.

PANELS: For individuals participating as a panel, each member of the panel must fill-out the pre-registration form separately and completely. The Chairs will permit hybrid panels in which some individuals on the panel will testify in-person and others will testify remotely. Questions regarding panel registration and participation should be directed to Erika Nugiel at Erika.Nugiel@mahouse.gov.

LEGISLATOR AND PUBLIC OFFICIAL TESTIMONY: Legislators and public officials are required to pre-register to testify. At the discretion of the presiding Chair, legislators and public officials may be taken out of turn.

WRITTEN TESTIMONY – DO NOT SUBMIT PRE-REGISTRATION FORM: Written testimony will be accepted on any bill up until such bill is acted upon by the Joint Committee on Health Care Financing. Registration is not required to submit written testimony.
