All written testimony received by the committee will be made publicly available. At the discretion of the Chairs and per committee rules, limitations and redactions shall exist for sharing testimony that includes sensitive personal information or information that may jeopardize the health, wellness or safety of the testifier or others.

The deadline to submit written testimony for House and Senate bills is 53 days from the date of the hearing. This will ensure that the committee has time to review all testimony before the deadline to act on the bills being considered.

IN-PERSON ORAL TESTIMONY AND REMOTE TESTIMONY SIGN-UP

In-person oral testimony and remote testimony sign-up can be done via this form. For those testifying remotely, you will receive a Microsoft Teams link with more information prior to the start of the hearing. This hearing will be chaired by Senate Chair James B. Eldridge.

The deadline to sign up to testify is the day before the hearing at 12:00 PM.

REPORTING DEADLINE

All House matters being heard shall be acted upon no later than April 13, 2026 subject to extensions pursuant to House Rule 27.
