Event Description: The Joint Committee on Rules will hold an informational hearing to solicit testimony from the public in accordance with Joint Rule 35. This is a listening session for committee members and there will not be any bills heard during this hearing. Written testimony may be submitted to HouseCommittee.Rules@mahouse.gov. The deadline to pre-register to offer testimony in person or online is Monday, November 16th at 5:00 PM. Pre-register by emailing HouseCommittee.Rules@mahouse.gov.
