Section 6: Claims for reimbursement; approval

Section 6. No owner or operator shall receive reimbursement pursuant to this chapter unless a claim for such reimbursement has been submitted in writing to, and approved in writing by, the board. The commissioner of revenue shall make payments from the fund for any claim approved by a majority vote of the board and submitted in writing to said commissioner.
