Section 57H: Union officers; leave to perform elected responsibilities

Section 57H. The elected officers of the Professional Firefighters of Massachusetts, AFL–CIO–CLC shall be granted leave, if on duty, by the municipal employer for those regularly scheduled work hours spent in the performance of their elected responsibilities in such organization.
