Section 42B: Bradford Durfee College of Technology and New Bedford Institute of Technology; honorary doctorates

Section 42B. The board of trustees of the Bradford Durfee College of Technology and of the New Bedford Institute of Technology, with the approval of the board of higher education, may grant such honorary doctorates as they may determine.
