Section 20A: Spread or growth of plants of water chestnut <i>(Trapa natans)</i>

Section 20A. No person shall knowingly plant, transport, transplant or traffic in plants of water chestnut (Trapa natans) or in seeds or nuts thereof nor in any manner cause the spread or growth of such plants.
