Section 295W: Citation of Secs. 295P to 295W; Unfair Sales Act for the Retail Sale of Motor Fuels

Section 295W. Sections two hundred and ninety-five P to two hundred and ninety-five W, inclusive, shall be known and may be cited as the ''Unfair Sales Act for the Retail Sale of Motor Fuels''.
