Section 65T: Frozen dietary dairy desserts; rules and regulations

Section 65T. The department shall promulgate regulations establishing standards of identity for frozen dietary dairy desserts. The department may also establish regulations pertaining to the manufacture and sale of frozen dietary dairy desserts.
