Section 274: Deposit of fees from naturopathic licenses, applications and penalties

Section 274. All licensing and application fees and civil administrative penalties collected pursuant to sections 266 to 273, inclusive, shall be deposited into the Quality in Health Professions Trust Fund established in section 35X of chapter 10.
