Section 36A: Sale, distribution or delivery, at wholesale, of drugs or medicines; license

Section 36A. Except as otherwise provided in section thirty-five, no person shall engage in the sale, distribution or delivery, at wholesale, of drugs or medicines within the commonwealth without a license so to do.
