Section 87CCC: Real estate brokers and salesmen; penalty for illegal representation or practice

Section 87CCC. Whoever, without being licensed as required by section eighty-seven RR, acts as a broker or salesman or advertises that he is a broker or salesman shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars.
