Section 4: Promulgation of regulations

Section 4. The executive office may promulgate regulations for the implementation, administration and enforcement of this chapter and may, in consultation with the executive office of health and human services, the executive office of aging and independence, the department of children and families and the Massachusetts office for victim assistance, issue guidelines for the fund.
