Section 38C

Section 38C: Felonies in correctional institutions; notice to district attorney

Section 38C. Whenever the superintendent of a correctional institution of the commonwealth determines that a felony has been committed therein, he shall forthwith notify the district attorney for the county in which such institution is located.
