Section 223E: Violation of Secs. 213 to 223E deemed unfair trade practice

Section 223E. A violation of sections 213 to 223E, inclusive, shall be an unfair trade practice under sections 3 and 4 of chapter 176D and shall be subject to the penalties set forth in section 7 of said chapter 176D.
