Section 91A: Merchandise, commodities and service; advertisement; penalty
Section 91A. Any person who offers for sale merchandise, commodities or service by making, publishing, disseminating, circulating or placing before the public within the commonwealth, in a newspaper or other publication, or in the form of a book, notice, handbill, poster, bill, circular, pamphlet or letter, or in any other way, an advertisement describing the said merchandise, commodities or service, as part of a plan or scheme with the intent not to sell said merchandise, commodities or service so advertised at the price stated therein, or with intent not to sell said merchandise, commodities or service so advertised, shall be punished by a fine of not less than five hundred nor more than one thousand dollars or by imprisonment for not more than one year.
