She grew up in Marlborough and received a B.A. in Criminal Justice from St. Anselm College and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. In the 2015-2016 legislative session, she was named Vice-Chair of the Joint Committee on Education where she worked with her colleagues on early education development and Chapter 70 funding for our cities and towns. This legislation has earned our state national acclaim. In the 2019-2020 session, Danielle served as House Chair of the Joint Committee on State Administration and Regulatory Oversight where she continued her work on autism awareness, reducing tobacco use in minors, as well as continued advocacy for those with dementia. Last session, Danielle was named House Chair of the Joint Committee on Bonding, Capital Expenditures and State Assets, where she was a point person for the influx of federal dollars coming into the Commonwealth. In January, House Speaker Ronald Mariano promoted Danielle to 1st Division Chair where she will continue to advocate for the residents of the 4th Middlesex District.
