Emergency Preamble

Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to authorize the department of fish and game to exchange a parcel of land in the town of Grafton in return for the conveyance of other land in the same town, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
