By Mr. Miceli of Wilmington, a petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 2388) of James R. Miceli and Bruce E. Tarr for legislation to establish a sick leave bank for Matthew Stuart, an employee of the Department of Children and Families. Public Service.
Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to establish forthwith a sick leave bank for a certain employee of the department of the department of children and families, therefore, it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
