An Act authorizing the conveyance or lease of a parcel of land in the city of Northampton for park, recreation or open space purposes

By Mr. Kocot of Northampton, a petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 2844) of Peter V. Kocot and Stanley C. Rosenberg for legislation to authorize the Commissioner of the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance to convey to the city of Northampton certain parcels of land in said city for use by the Northampton Rotary Club to construct a public park. State Administration and Regulatory Oversight.
