By Mr. McMurtry of Dedham, a petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 3461) of Paul McMurtry and others for legislation to authorize the Department of Mental Health to establish a program for research, technology transfer, design, development and commercialization of technologies for the treatment and support of people with mental illness and brain-based disorders.
