By Mr. Straus of Mattapoisett, a petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 3924) of William M. Straus (by vote of the town) that the town of Mattapoisett be authorized to require a two thirds majority vote of the town meeting to modify the bylaws of said town. Municipalities and Regional Government. [Local Approval Received.]
