AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE TOWN OF MATTAPOISETT GENERAL BY-LAWS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, any addition, amendment, modification or deletion to the general by-laws of the town of Mattapoisett shall require a 2/3 majority vote of the town meeting.
