By Ms. Whipps of Athol, a petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 3863) of Susannah M. Whipps and Anne M. Gobi (by vote of the town) that the town of Athol be authorized to establish a special fund for the purpose of renovations, additions, or building improvements of the library in said town. Municipalities and Regional Government. [Local Approval Received.]
