By Mr. O'Day of West Boylston, a petition (subject to Joint Rule 12) of James J. O'Day that the Division of Family Health Services of the Department of Public Health be authorized to establish a certification process of autism specialty service providers. Public Health.

Emergency Preamble
Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to establish forthwith a certification program for autism specialty service providers, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
