Emergency Preamble
Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purposes, which are to protect forthwith both public safety and the continued operation of the North Shore Regional 911 Center, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public safety and convenience.
