Senate, September 26, 2019 -- The committee on Consumer Protection and Professional Licensure, to whom was referred the petition (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 2286) of Brendan P. Crighton, Peter Capano and Daniel Cahill (with approval of the mayor and city council) for legislation to authorize the city of Lynn to issue an additional license for the sale of wines and malt beverages not to be drunk on the premises,- reports the accompanying bill (Senate, No. 2354).
