By Representative Howitt of Seekonk and Senator Feeney, a joint petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 5214) of Steven S. Howitt, Paul R. Feeney and F. Jay Barrows (by vote of the town) that the town of Norton be authorized to grant two additional licenses for the sale of all alcoholic beverages not to be drunk on the premises in said town.
