Establishes procedures for the presence of a professional medical chaperone during genital, rectal, and breast exams. Requires the chaperone remain attentive throughout the exam. Provides course of action for doctors if a chaperone is not requested. Provides exemptions in cases of significant and imminent harm to the patient.
