Updates the current law regarding occupational cancer in firefighters to allow for cancers found within 10 years of their last date of service to be presumed as suffered in the line of duty, therefore granting appropriate benefits under Massachusetts law. Additionally, covers secondary cancers if a firefighter retired under presumption of a line of duty cancer diagnosis.
